Toplanan Veriler

  • Hesap: Ad, e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı.
  • Profil/Fitness: Yaş/doğum tarihi, cinsiyet, boy, kilo, vücut ölçüleri, hedef, antrenman seviyesi, supplement listesi, su takibi.
  • İçerik: Antrenman kayıtları, paylaşılan gönderiler ve yüklenen fotoğraflar (AI analizi ve sosyal paylaşım için).
  • Kullanım: AI özelliği kullanım sayaçları, uygulama içi tercihler (tema, dil).
  • Teknik: Cihaz bildirim (push) jetonu.

Verileri Nasıl Kullanıyoruz

  • Uygulamanın çalışması (antrenman takibi, ilerleme, sosyal akış).
  • Yüklenen fotoğraf ve biyometrik verilerle AI vücut analizi ve 3 aylık projeksiyon üretimi.
  • Bildirimler (antrenman/su hatırlatmaları, sosyal etkileşim).
  • Abonelik/kota yönetimi, kötüye kullanım ve güvenlik önlemleri.

Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Bu sağlayıcılarla yalnızca ilgili özelliğin çalışması için gerekli veriler paylaşılır:

  • Google Firebase (kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı, depolama, bildirim).
  • Google Gemini (AI metin/görsel analizi) — analiz için fotoğraf ve biyometrik veriler işlenir.
  • Replicate (AI görsel üretimi) — dönüşüm görseli üretimi için fotoğraf işlenir.
  • Google AdMob (reklam) — yalnızca ücretsiz sürümde. Reklam göstermek/ölçmek için cihaz reklam tanımlayıcıları işlenebilir; iOS'ta ATT izni, AB'de UMP rıza ekranı sunulur. Premium'da reklam gösterilmez.

Üçüncü Taraf Yapay Zeka Servisleri

LychnoFit, yapay zeka analizi ve koçluğu sağlamak için sağladığınız verileri aşağıdaki servislere iletir:

  • Google Gemini — Vücut fotoğrafları, biyometrik bilgiler, antrenman/beslenme verileri ve koç mesajları; AI analizi ve kişiselleştirilmiş sonuçlar üretmek amacıyla işlenir.
  • Replicate (FLUX) — Dönüşüm görseli üretimi için fotoğraflar işlenir.

Bu veriler yalnızca size özel analiz/sonuç üretmek için işlenir, reklam amaçlı olarak satılmaz ve her iki sağlayıcı da eşdeğer veri koruması güvencesi sunar.

Saklama & Güvenlik

  • Oturum anahtarları cihazın güvenli bölgesinde (Keychain/Keystore) saklanır.
  • AI sohbet geçmişi cihazda şifrelenir.
  • API anahtarları yalnızca sunucu tarafında tutulur.
  • Kişisel verileriniz, üyeliğiniz süresince ve normal şartlarda üyeliğinizin sona ermesinden itibaren en fazla 2 (iki) yıl süreyle; olası bir hukuki uyuşmazlık durumunda ise uyuşmazlığın kesin çözümünden itibaren 10 (on) yıl süreyle saklanır.
  • Kullanıcı verileri tarafımızca saklanır; ancak 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) uyarınca yetkilendirilmiş adli makamlar, BTK veya diğer kamu kurumlarının yasal bilgi talepleri durumunda, kanunun öngördüğü sınırlar çerçevesinde paylaşılabilir.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaş altı için tasarlanmamıştır. AI vücut analizi özelliği 16 yaş ve üzeri içindir.

Verilerinize erişme, düzeltme ve silme hakkınız vardır.

"Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil" adımları ile hesabınızı ve bağlı tüm verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.

This policy explains what data we collect when you use LychnoFit (the "App"), how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

  • Account: Name, email address, username.
  • Profile/Fitness: Age/birth date, gender, height, weight, body measurements, goal, training level, supplement list, water intake.
  • Content: Workout logs, posts you share, and photos you upload (for AI analysis and social sharing).
  • Usage: AI feature usage counters, in-app preferences (theme, language).
  • Technical: Device push notification token.

How We Use Data

  • To operate the app (workout tracking, progress, social feed).
  • To generate AI body analysis and a 3-month projection from your uploaded photos and biometric data.
  • Notifications (workout/water reminders, social interaction).
  • Subscription/quota management, abuse prevention and security.

Third-Party Services

Only the data necessary for the relevant feature is shared with these providers:

  • Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, notifications).
  • Google Gemini (AI text/image analysis) — photos and biometric data are processed for analysis.
  • Replicate (AI image generation) — photos are processed to generate transformation images.
  • Google AdMob (advertising) — free version only. Device advertising identifiers may be processed to serve/measure ads; an ATT prompt on iOS and a UMP consent form in the EU are shown. Premium shows no ads.

Third-Party AI Services

To provide AI analysis and coaching, LychnoFit sends the data you provide to the following services:

  • Google Gemini — Body photos, biometric info, workout/nutrition data, and coach messages are processed to generate AI analysis and personalized results.
  • Replicate (FLUX) — Photos are processed to generate transformation images.

This data is processed only to generate your personalized results, is never sold for advertising, and both providers offer equivalent data protection.

Storage & Security

  • Session keys are stored in the device's secure enclave (Keychain/Keystore).
  • AI chat history is encrypted on-device.
  • API keys are kept server-side only.
  • Your personal data is stored during your membership and, under normal conditions, for a maximum of 2 (two) years following the termination of your membership. In the event of a legal dispute, the data is retained for 10 (ten) years starting from the definitive resolution of the dispute.
  • User data is stored by us; however, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and other applicable regulations (such as GDPR), it may be shared with authorized judicial authorities, BTK, or other public institutions in the event of a legal request, within the limits prescribed by law.

Children

The App is not designed for children under 13. The AI body analysis feature is for users 16 and older.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data.

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data via "Profile → Settings → Delete Account".
